iWantTFC 1-Month Free Trial Offer Eligibility Terms

This 1-Month Free Trial Offer as defined in and subject to the iWantTFC (the “Service”) Terms and Conditions of Subscription and Use (the “Terms”) is available only through the Service website for eligible users. Eligibility may vary depending on whether you have previously availed of a free trial, a Paid Subscription Plan or a complimentary or promotional plan.  If eligible, the 1-Month Free Trial  will entitle you to access the Paid Subscription Plan that you select, without paying the subscription fee for such plan for a period of one (1) calendar month from the time that you submit your credit card payment details and your trial is successfully activated (the “Free Trial Period”). If eligible and unless you cancel your 1-Month Free Trial not later than one day before the last day of the Free Trial Period, you will be charged the monthly subscription fee corresponding to the Subscription Plan that you selected, on the 1st day of the month after the end of your 1-Month Free Trial, through the payment method that you provided, and every month thereafter on a recurring Automatic Payment basis, unless and until you cancel your enrolment to Automatic Payment. You may cancel your 1-Month Free Trial during the Free Trial Period by going to your My Accounts Page on the Service Website and clicking the “CANCEL PLAN” button. You may avail this 1-Month Free Trial Offer only once. We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, discontinue, modify, or not make available the 1-Month Free Trial in any country or territory, and/or to any person, without prior notice and with no liability.

By availing of the 1-Month Free Trial, you signify and confirm that you (i) accept the 1-Month Free Trial Offer under the terms and conditions thereof, (ii) consent to us and our authorized payment providers using your payment details in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the Terms, and (iii) have read, understood and agree to the Terms.
