C. Sign up with Mobile

2.  Enter your mobile number you wish to register to TFC Online. Then, complete your profile including the creation of your kapamilya name and account. Agree to the terms and conditions, and complete the captcha.
3. Enter the verification code that will be sent to the registered mobile number.

A. Log in using your registered Kapamilya Name or Email Address.

2. Enter your registered kapamilya name or email address and correct password.

1.  Log in with your registered kapamilya name, email address, Facebook account or your mobile number. 
2.  From the Menu (SHOWS/NEWS/MOVIES/LIVE) on top of the page, choose and click preferred genre/show.
3.  Choose the desired episode of a show or movie
4.  Click the "PLAY" button to start watching.

If you are subscribed to a Basic, Lite or Old Premium Plan as of August 8, 2019, you may continue to avail of your existing subscription unless the term expires or you can change to the New Plans.
For customers on a Basic plan, as long as you do not change to the FREE plan or purchase the new Premium plan, you may continue to enjoy your Basic Plan until further notice.

a. A pop-up window will appear to instruct you to sign-in to your TFC Online account via the web/mobile browser; or you may click on the CONTINUE button to be redirected to the web/mobile browser
b. Once signed-in to your TFC Online account, follow the instructions above (Steps a to f)
 
After changing to the Free plan, you will now have access to the content and features offered under the Free plan.
 
Once you have changed to the Free plan, you can no longer return to the Basic plan.
If you are signed-in to your account through a web/mobile browser:
a. Go to MyTFC Account 
b. Under My Subscription tab, you will see the new Plans being offered 
c. Click the SELECT button of the new Premium plan 
d. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart where you can purchase the new Premium plan
 
If you are signed-in to your account through the app (iOS, Android, Roku):
a. A pop-up window will appear to instruct you to sign-in to your TFC Online account via the web/mobile browser; or you may click on the CONTINUE button to be redirected to the web/mobile browser
b. Once signed-in to your TFC Online account, follow the instructions above (Steps a to d)
 
After purchase, you will now have access to the content and features offered under the new Premium plan.
 
You will also be automatically enrolled to Automatic Payment and will be charged the monthly subscription fee for the new Premium plan.
 
You will be entitled to a free KBO movie per month which you will receive every purchase/renewal of your new Premium plan.
 
Once you cancel your new Premium plan or expires, your account will automatically default into a FREE plan.
If you are signed-in to your account through a web/mobile browser:
a. Go to MyTFC Account 
b. Under My Subscription tab, you will see the new Premium plan being offered

Upon confirming your agreement to change to the new Premium plan, the remaining entitlement of your Lite/old Premium plan will then be converted to the new Premium plan. You will now have access to the content and features of the new Premium Plan until the expiration date as originally stated in your Lite/old Premium plan. 
 
You will be given a free one (1) month of the new Premium plan which will be added to your entitlement.
Example: You have a Lite plan which would expire on December 31, 2019. On August 9, 2019, you changed your Lite plan to the new Premium plan. Your Lite plan will be converted to the new Premium plan with an expiration date of January 31, 2020 (inclusive of the free 1-month Premium plan). 
 
You will continue to be enrolled to Automatic Payment and will be charged the monthly subscription fee for the new Premium plan on the next renewal date of your new Premium plan.
 
If your Lite/old Premium plan has a duration longer than one (1) month and is enrolled to Automatic Payment, it will also be converted to a monthly duration.
 
You will be entitled to a free KBO movie per month which you will receive every purchase/renewal of your new Premium plan.
 
Once you cancel your new Premium plan or expires, your account will automatically default into a FREE plan.
 
Once you have changed your Lite/old Premium plan to the new Premium plan, you can no longer return to your Lite/old Premium plan.

c. Click the CANCEL PLAN button to deactivate your Automatic Payment 
d. A pop-up window will appear to confirm your choice
e. Choose from the reasons provided as to why you wish to cancel your plan
f. Click STOP PAYMENT to cancel your plan
 
If you are signed-in to your account through the app (iOS, Android, Roku):
a. A pop-up window will appear to instruct you to sign-in to your TFC Online account via the web/mobile browser; or you may click on the CONTINUE button to be redirected to the web/mobile browser
b. Once signed-in to your TFC Online account, follow the instructions above (Steps a to f)
 
Upon cancellation of your plan, your subscription to Automatic Payment will be deactivated and you will no longer be charged on the next billing cycle. 
 
The remaining entitlement of your Lite/old Premium plan will not be refunded and will remain in your account. You may continue to consume the content and features of your existing Plan until it expires. Once your existing plan expires, your account will automatically default into a FREE plan.
 
You will only have access to the content and features offered under the Free plan upon expiration of your remaining entitlement.

You would have to wait for your Lite/old Premium plan to expire. Once your existing plan expires, your account will automatically default into a FREE plan.

You may watch using various devices such as desktop, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, Smart TV, Roku and Telstra apps. You can also cast your smart phone to your TV.

1.  Register or sign in using your registered TFC Online credentials.
2.  Click "Movies" and select desired movie under "Kapamilya Box Office (Movies for Rent)" or you may immediately choose the featured new Kapamilya Box Office movie.
3.  Once selected, click "Rent".
4.  You will be directed to the Shopping Cart page.
5.  Select preferred payment method to purchase.
6. Ensure the details are correct and click "Place Order" button.
7. Check the expiration date and enjoy watching..

f. A pop-up box will appear to confirm if you wish to use your free KBO movie token to watch the selected movie
g. If yes, click on the ‘REDEEM USING TOKENS’ button
 
Via directly going to the KBO movie page
a. Choose the KBO movie title that you wish to use your free KBO movie token on
b. Click on the movie poster to be redirected to the KBO movie page

You can redeem your free KBO movie per month from the time that you upgrade or change to the New Premium Plan.

You can access your free KBO movie anytime within forty-eight (48) hours from the time that you redeem it.

No. You can only redeem your free monthly KBO movie within the relevant month. If you fail to redeem any monthly KBO movie within the relevant month, it will be forfeited.

Each purchase or renewal of a monthly new Premium plan comes with a free KBO movie token. You will receive a free KBO movie token for each purchase.

Upon changing to the new Premium plan, you will automatically receive a free KBO movie token for the relevant month. Every month thereafter of your remaining entitlement, you will receive a corresponding free KBO movie which you can redeem per relevant month.

TFC Everywhere is value added feature offered to TFC DTH or IPTV subscribers who availed a Premium package subscription.
Existing TFC Subscribers (“owned” platforms) will have access to select content (TV shows, movies, etc.) online for FREE — only if the customer was authenticated or verified that he/she has an existing active/current TFC premium subscription. 
The on-line viewing of TFC will be made feasible through our on-line platform, TFC Online.
TFC Everywhere access will be co-terminus to the status of the primary TFC platform (DTH/IPTV) subscription service.

All  TFC subscribers who have an existing premium package subscription on IPTV can avail of TFC Everywhere.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the payment for your TFC application has been processed.
The confirmation email includes activation codes for you and your supplementary accounts to enable you to access TFC Online via TFC Everywhere.
Go to http://tfc.tv/TFCEverywhere/ to register for a TFC Online account and enter the TFC Everywhere activation code.
(NOTE : You should register the SAME email address you have provided in your TFC IPTV account. If the email address you have provided is already registered to a TFC Online account, you just need to sign in.)

For existing TFC Online users, you may log in on your Samsung Smart TV using your existing account in two different ways:

How will I know if my Samsung Smart TV is compatible with TFC Online?

What is Roku?
 
Roku is a streaming player that connects to your TV that enables you to watch digital content from streaming platforms such as TFC Online. The TFC Online app is now available on Roku.
 
How do I download the TFC Online app on Roku?
 
1. In the Homepage, search and add TFC under Streaming Channels menu. 
2. Once added, TFC app icon will appear on Roku Home menu. 
 
The TFC app is available on the Roku Streaming Channels globally. TFC on Roku app is now available globally and can be downloaded anywhere. Existing TFC Online users can download the app and watch using their current subscriptions. However, purchasing a subscription within the app
 
How do I register in Roku?
 
You need to have an existing TFC Online account to sign-in on your Roku streaming player or Roku TV. 
 
For new users, select SIGN UP FOR FREE
1. Select any package or subscription 
2. The user will be asked if he/she would like to use his/her existing Roku account information to sign up to TFC.
3. Select Allow to proceed or choose Cancel if the user would like to use different information to sign up.
4. Using the virtual keyboard, enter the Roku account password to sign up.
5. Scroll down to Continue then press OK in the remote control
6. Under Terms of Use, TFC Online Terms and Conditions and TFC Online Privacy Notice URLs will be displayed.
7. Click ACCEPT to proceed with the registration. OR Select Decline if the user does not want to proceed.
 
 
How do I sign-in / log in on Roku?
 
For existing TFC Online users, you may log in on Roku using your existing account in two different ways:
1. Sign In Now- by entering the email address and password of the current TFC Online subscription. Click SIGN IN to access the menu.
2. Sign in via code using a web browser on a different device. Go to https://tfc.tv/roku/activate, log-in your TFC Online account, enter the code that appears on your Samsung Smart TV screen, then click Activate.
 
 
How can I check the details on my TFC account in the TFC Roku App?
 
You may go to My Account to check on the details of your TFC account such as your registered name, email, and current subscription.
 
How can I check the details about my Roku device settings in the TFC Roku App?
 
You may go to Settings and click on Roku Device to check on your current Roku device settings.
 
Can I subscribe to TFC Online Premium Subscription and do payment transactions for KBO and other PPV titles on Roku?
 
For customers in US and Canada, you may subscribe to the TFC Online New Premium plan monthly and pay via your Roku account. Please click here.  
 
Transactions for KBO and other Pay-per-view titles should be done via web browser.
 
Subscription purchase via the TFC app on Roku is only available in US and Canada.

On your web browser you may view your entitlement by following the steps below:
1.Log in with your registered kapamilya name, email address, Facebook account or your mobile number.
2.Go to your Profile located at the upper right of the page.
3.Select "My TFC Account" under your name.
4.Go to "My Subscriptions" and under "My Subscription", the expiration date is indicated.
 
On your web browser you may view your latest subscription by following the steps below:
1.Log in with your registered kapamilya name, email address, Facebook account or your mobile number.
2.Go to your Profile located at the upper right of the page.
3.Select "My TFC Account" under your name.
4.Go to "My Subscriptions" and under "My Subscription", the details of your availed subscription and/or movies will display in this section.

You may  go to My Account to check on the details of your TFC account such as your registered name, email, and current subscription.

You may go to Settings, and click on Roku Device to check on your current Roku device settings.

You may retrieve your password by following these steps:

1. Click "Log In" at the upper right corner of the homepage. 
2. On the log in page, click forgot your "Password". 
3. Enter the primary email address or mobile number you registered with your Kapamilya Account and click "Submit". 
4. Check the notification and follow the instructions indicated to completely reset your password.
You may change your password by following these steps:
 
1. Log in with your registered kapamilya name, email address, Facebook account or your mobile number.
2. Go to your Profile located at the upper right of the page and click on ‘My Kapamilya Account”. 
3. Under “Basic Info”, click “Change Password”. 
4. Enter the details on the current, new and re-type new password fields then click “Save Changes”.

Yes, you can add a secondary email address but you cannot change or remove the registered email address to TFC Online account.

4.From the Email Address field, click “Add Email”

To change your address/location, simply follow the steps below:
 
1. Log in with your registered kapamilya name, email address, Facebook account or your mobile number.

The privacy settings on TFC.tv depend on the social network account that you are registered to:

Your profile may be viewed depending on your preferred privacy setting option on TFC.tv.

1.  Sign in using your social network account or by using your TFC.tv credentials.

4.  Scroll down your page and under Settings, you may set the following to off.

You have 3 options on how to manage your activities on TFC.tv:

1.  TFC Profile Visibility.
2.  Share TFC Activities on TFC page.

Your TFC.tv activities are automatically shared on TFC.tv page and on your linked social networking accounts upon sign-in/registration.  Your profile page can also be viewed by everyone. You may change this by selecting privacy setting option under your "My Account'.

You may encounter some delays when subscribing through iOS/iTunes which may lead to the late posting of your subscription plan.

ANDROID:
To subscribe, just follow the easy steps below:

1) Go to the menu located at the upper left corner of the screen.
2) Tap "Upgrade to Premium".
3) Tap "Subscribe".
4) If you have an existing credit card (payment method) enrolled in Google Play, tap on Subscribe.
5) If you wish to use a different card, tap on ">" icon.
6) Enter the new credit/debit card details then tap "Subscribe".
7) Once payment is successful, Google Play will ask you if you want to require authentication for purchases to be made on the device. Tick “Yes, always” if you wish to require authentication for purchases. Google Play will ask you to enter your Gmail password or enroll a fingerprint for all in-app purchases to be made on this device.

NOTE: If you have previously set authentication for purchases in Google Play, just enter your password or fingerprint.

8) Click verify to proceed with the payment using the enrolled card.

You will receive an email confirmation that you have made a subscription from TFC via Google Play.

A Prepaid Card is a card that you can use to purchase a subscription plan or a retail product offered on TFC Online. You may buy this card from authorized dealers, partner stores and convenience stores. A code/PIN is printed on the Prepaid card/Voucher which you would have to use to purchase the subscription plan or retail product that you prefer to buy.

Yes. A Prepaid Card must be activated immediately after purchase or before the expiration date indicated on the card.

Please check your email to see if you have received your invoice to confirm successful subscription. If you have received your email invoice already and your account still shows as FREE/BASIC after 24 hours, kindly send as an email at support@tfc.tv with your invoice details so we can assist you further.

Please check your Subscription Status in your Apple/Google Playstore account to see if it is still Pending. You should also receive your invoice via email to confirm successful subscription.
Important Notice on your iOS Purchase:
You may encounter some delays when subscribing through iOS/iTunes which may lead to the late posting of your subscription plan.

It is a method of payment where it automatically renews the subscription before the expiration date.
Available initially for Credit Card and PayPal payments only.

Not available for retail products to prevent auto-renewal of subscription for specific content  that are no longer airing.
By default you are enrolled in auto renewal (for subscriptions on web, App, and Roku)

 

To change credit card on the website, you must cancel the auto payment renewal and as soon as the subscription to expires, you must renew using the new card.

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.*
2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to sign in.
3. Tap Manage Payments. (If you’re using an older version of iOS, tap Payment Information.) Then add, update, reorder, or remove your payment methods.

For Android/Google Play:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store app .
2. Tap Menu Payment methods. More payment settings.
3. If asked, sign in to pay.google.com.
4. Under the payment method you want to edit, tap Edit.
5. Make your updates.
6. Tap Update.

TFC Online will attempt to charge your enrolled credit/debit card three (3) days before your subscription renewal date or the expected expiration date of your subscription plan (whichever comes first).
Within the 3-day period, we will continue to renew your subscription each day until payment is successful. If attempts to renew your subscription continue to fail on the 3rd day, your enrollment to automatic payment renewal will be cancelled and your subscription plan will not be renewed.

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Upon cancelling, you may still use your subscription until the end of your billing date, the subscription to automatic payment renewal will also be cancelled and you will no longer get charged afterwards.                              

If you subscribed via web browser:
1.Go to your profile after logging in and click "My TFC Account".
2.Under “My Products” in "My Subscription", check if the Auto-Renewal is set to "Enabled".
3.If enabled, click “Edit” and click “Confirm” button to proceed in disabling your automatic renewal.
4.Check if the Auto-Renewal is set to "Disabled".

Upon cancelling, you may still consume your subscription until the end of your billing date, but will no longer get charged afterwards.

We recommend that you consume your subscription until it expires. To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide refunds or credits for the balance or remainder of your current subscription period. There may be instances in which ABS-CBN may give proportionate refund at its sole discretion. However, you will be charged a processing fee of USD 5.00 (conversion to local currency will apply). The processing fee shall be deducted from any refund you are entitled. In this regard, we highly recommend that you consume your subscription until it expires.

3.  Click CC icon to enable or disable English subtitles of the program

You can also download and watch your Kapamilya shows offline via mobile app. To watch downloaded videos offline, just follow the steps below:
1. On your mobile app, select any show or episode that you would like to download.
2. Click on DOWNLOAD to start downloading the show.
3. If the status is DOWNLOADING, the show is being downloaded in your device.
4. Once the status is DOWNLOAD READY, the show has been downloaded and now ready to watch offline.
5. Tap the Menu (located in the upper left side of the screen) and go to Downloads.
6. Under My Downloads list, you will be able to see the status of your downloaded videos.  You can select any episode and start watching the video.

If you are done watching your downloaded Kapamilya shows, you can delete the videos anytime you want. This will also save the memory of your phone and help the device to optimize its performance. Here are the steps on how to delete your downloaded videos from your mobile device:
1. Tap the Menu (located in the upper left side of the screen) and go to Downloads.
4. Under My Downloads list, you will be able to see the status of your downloaded videos. Select any episode or show that you would like to delete.
5. Tap and hold the episode link that you would like to delete.
6. Select REMOVE in the dialog box to delete. Select CANCEL to go back to My Downloads list.
7. Click the return arrow to go back to the main menu.
