"Chasing Flavors" spotlights the main ingredient used in the Bicolano cuisine – coconut milk. Chef Claude Tayag heads down south to taste the authentic coconut milk-based dishes of the Bicol region such as tinutungang manok, Bicol express, pinangat, and laing. Chef Claude wraps up the episode with his take on recipes that use coconut meat: the pancit buko and ice buko supreme.
